There is no doubt the team at Nexon started 2023 full steam ahead, and it’s been no different for our Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) teams.
Yesterday, for the second year in a row, we were awarded Genesys Australian Partner of the Year 2023 at their APAC Annual Partner Conference, in Phuket.
This award is a representation of our whole Nexon team ability to show expertise and leadership in the Australian market, and to successfully leverage Genesys platforms, so our clients can deliver exceptional customer experiences (CX) and gain positive business impacts.
We want to take this opportunity to thank not only Genesys, but everyone who has worked with us throughout the year. We are really grateful for the team we have built at Nexon, and extremely thankful for the support and trust from our clients throughout this journey.
