We’re not even half-way through yet, and 2022 is shaping up to be an amazing year for Nexon and our Contact Centre team. After achieving Gold Partner status with Geneys earlier this year, last week we were honoured at their APAC Partner Conference with the Australian Partner of the Year Award for 2022.
We greatly appreciate this accolade, and we’re excited that we have the partnership of not only Genesys and their team working with us tirelessly in our efforts to support our clients and their CX, but also the clients that have worked so hard on their own contact centre transformation and invited us to be part of their journey. Clients like the Australian Red Cross, Insignia Financial, and Flick Anticimex – and many others! – have been a pleasure to work with, and it is truly rewarding to see the results of our combined efforts presented in top-notch customer experiences.
What does this award mean for our clients?
At the core – nothing with change. We will continue to strive to deliver the best service and support we can so that your end users have as seamless of an experience as they can. As an outcome-driven organisation, when you succeed, we succeed.
Where to from here?
Onward and upward, and looking to the future! How many CX ecosystems can we level up this year? That is the question burning for us.
