Nexon has been selected by Trader Classifieds, the classified advertising arm of PBL Media, to install a single national call centre solution. The OmniTouch Contact Centre Premium Edition solution is the first deployment of its kind in the Australia and New Zealand region for Alcatel-Lucent and will be deployed by Nexon who will also provide ongoing customer support.
