Nexon Receives NetApp Outstanding Cloud Initiative Award

Sydney, 13 November, 2015: Nexon Asia Pacific has won the Outstanding Cloud Initiative Award in the inaugural Australia and New Zealand NetApp Partner Awards, held on November 12, 2015. The award recognises Nexon Asia Pacific’s unique approach to a combined Office 365 and telephony solution built on a NetApp-powered cloud.

The inaugural NetApp Australia and New Zealand Partner Awards showcases the companies that have excelled in their ability to deliver innovative cloud services, and shown excellence in service delivery and helping customers realise cost efficiencies through best practice, recorded increased turnover, and improved productivity.

The NetApp Outstanding Cloud Initiative category award showcases the top partners that have successfully integrated NetApp technology into their own cloud-based solution or offering for their end user customers.

Barry Assaf, director, Nexon Asia Pacific, said, “This award validates the strategy and technology behind Nexon’s Agile Business Cloud initiative, and establishes Nexon as a leader in NetApp technology integration within the local market.”

The awards were announced at a gala dinner in Sydney on November 12. While the selection criteria varied for each category, the awards included a focus on new business activity, deployment quality, and customer experience. Barry Assaf said, “Nexon Asia Pacific is proud to be recognised by NetApp as a trusted integrator in the Australian and New Zealand market. By putting our customers first, we have been able to develop industry-leading implementation and integration strategies and techniques.”
The NetApp Outstanding Cloud Initiative Award recognition follows Nexon Asia Pacific’s win of the Pioneer category in the 2015 NetApp Innovation Awards in October 2015.
