Nexon Acquires New Telecom

Nexon is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of New Telecom as part of a strategy of expanding our presence in Melbourne.

New Telecom was first established in 1998 with pioneered VoIP solutions and forms part of a large network of companies operating for more than twenty years in the Information Technology & Telecommunications industry.

As a leading provider of IP and Mobile solutions, New Telecom will enable Nexon to have access to a larger customer base and will extend the Support Network to our existing customers. The New Telecom acquisition will also reinforce the leadership of Nexon in the Unified Communications market by adding Avaya partnership to our existing CISCO and Alcatel-Lucent solutions portfolio.

In addition to having more technical staff, Nexon will be able to propose an expanded service solutions offering including:
a strengthened IP network and MPLS offering in Melbourne
a Cloud based Unified Communications Solution
and innovative Mobile and fixed line Solution

New Telecom will be operating as a wholly owned company of Nexon.
