NSW Trustee & Guardian (NSWTG) has undertaken a fundamental digital transformation of its core client relationship and knowledge management systems employing the assistance of Nexon Asia Pacific.
The situation
NSWTG had relied on a siloed, complex and disparate set of processes and systems that made it difficult for staff to create, manage and update planning ahead documents.
In addition to cumbersome, paper-based administrative processes, it was difficult for staff to maintain currency and consistency of the documentation.
The solution
Nexon has designed a centralised, scalable and innovative cloud-based platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in which NSWTG can continue to leverage and migrate many other business workloads well into the future.
